Ive been going to the gym a little over 2 years I will post a before and after below:
This is start point:
About 7 months natural:
Now:
I think I have a very great physique for a natural lifter Ive honestly never dieted and just eat lots of protein and lift. But its kinda degrading looking at now and 1.5 years ago ive really not improved at all which leaves me with the thought should I hop on?
