Currently 13 about to turn 14 5’4 5 3/4in penis. will there be any benefits?

It wont make a difference. i didnt start fapping until i was almost 17

It's cope. Good for discipline but it isn't going to change how you grow at all

I heard that when you nut you release testosterone and testosterone gets transferred to dht and dht makes ur penis grow so it ultimately leads to less penis growth

Your penis size is pre determined by genetics and can slightly be altered by life style choices. I have a fucking bbc because of my lineage trust me.

Fapping isn’t the problem it’s what you’re doing while fapping, if you’re just fapping. Without thought of anything u just like the feeling there is nothing wrong it just becomes a problem when u watch porn, having lustful thoughts and getting sexually atttracted to literally every girl you see all no fap does is make u build a long streak then the inevitable comes u feel like the worst person ever

yes. DMPD said something about this. If you don’t fap you’re going to have better blood flow in the penis which will be better for growth.

But fapping and porn is awful for you anyways. It’s worth quitting, at least porn.
