Should I start peptides for muscle growth and recovery or should I not?

16yo just wondering if its fine or not and if it is which ones should I take for growth/ recovery?

You aren’t really supposed to use them at 16, get good sleep, protein, train good and you will be alright. However even if you plan to use BPC-157 is the “safest” one, I don’t really recommend using them.
