I'd recommend oral minoxidl rather than topical

Mainly because your hair looks thin in general, but if you can't get oral then just get topical

Is it to minimize risk of irritating my eyes? Is indiamart the way to go? I live in Sweden but I am scared it’ll get seized by customs

If ur gonna be taking it oral, there are some side effects for sure. Such as; Faster heartbeat/palpitations,
Lower blood pressure,
Swelling of the ankles/legs or around the eyes from fluid retention,
Changes in heart rate or other cardiovascular effects, A very rare one but serious: fluid accumulating around the heart (pericardial effusion), particularly with excessive doses or dosing errors. For the eyebrows keep it consistent and spread it along the eyebrows carefully and wipe the other areas that u didnt want to grow just incase any minoxidil got there, topical minoxidil is good for thicker eyebrows, but taking it oral for lash growth might give you the risks that i've mentioned earlier. honestly no just do topical on brows, or think about the risks ive listed
