There's no drawbacks

Most side effects (acne etc) can be prevented by taking a aromatase inhibitor like aromasin

The fertility/balls issue can be prevented by taking HcG (Human chorionic gonadotropin)

Taking T can disrupt your natural T production, causing you to become dependent on it because your balls shut down T production.

High levels of T can also increase aromatization which means some test is converted into estrogen, you can gain some feminine traits as a result.

T can also be converted into DHT which is a stronger version of T. This is what can cause balding in men.

Not a issue if taking TRT dosage Testosterone. Atleast not for most men unless super bad hair follicle genetics

Injectable Testosterone is the most misunderstood and misinformed medication on this forum
