I currently just do slightly improvised push pull split with. So in the long them results, is training legs atleast 1x per week worth it?

What is the minimun times per week to train overall for a 15y?Neglecting legs makes you stagnate on upper body movements
You’re less stable when doing does if your legs aren’t strong enough to support you
Or when you bench, you’re unable to provide proficient leg drive to push the weight up
Training legs hard 2x a week is the bare minimum
I would say a standard PPL, I’ve stopped using PPL ever since I plateauedWhat is the minimun times per week to train overall for a 15y?
Is gym 3x week enough with 1day being the leg day?I would say a standard PPL, I’ve stopped using PPL ever since I plateaued
My current split is
Chest
Back
Arms
Legs
Chest
Back
Arms
I hit legs once a week because I’m active and use my legs a lot throughout the week anyways
I wouldn't gymcel at your heightI currently just do slightly improvised push pull split with. So in the long them results, is training legs atleast 1x per week worth it?
Nigga i weight 50kgI wouldn't gymcel at your height
Not sure, I’ve never done full body or upper lower splits, I enjoy junk volume on bro splits and it’s worked for me more than any otherIs gym 3x week enough with 1day being the leg day?
ok maybe u need itNigga i weight 50kg
It's not easy to maintain 5x per week split when i have schoolNot sure, I’ve never done full body or upper lower splits, I enjoy junk volume on bro splits and it’s worked for me more than any other
Most important aspect of a split is whether you enjoy it enough to be consistent on it
how tallNigga i weight 50kg
I'm not trying to become a ogre but atleast enough muscular to not turn off foidsok maybe u need it
165cm manlethow tall
No hate now but your face with a ripped body would look kinda goofy. Just don't overdo it.I'm not trying to become a ogre but atleast enough muscular to not turn off foids
I'm also trying to achieve more masculine face and body with the gymNo hate now but your face with a ripped body would look kinda goofy. Just don't overdo it.
no because the quad muscle fibers run vertically along the femur, so by increasing their strenght they are pulling against the force of the growth plate trying to grow new bone. It's the same as if you put weight on a growing treeI currently just do slightly improvised push pull split with. So in the long them results, is training legs atleast 1x per week worth it?
So are you really trying to say that training legs slow down the height growth?no because the quad muscle fibers run vertically along the femur, so by increasing their strenght they are pulling against the force of the growth plate trying to grow new bone. ... and they are gay aliens with no appeal. omw to the gymBarrett and de poot dont train legs
They are ugly twinksBarrett and de poot dont train legs
Just wake up extra early innitIt's not easy to maintain 5x per week split when i have school
Will you lose muscle if you only train like 2x per week?Just wake up extra early innit
If you use my split, you won’t take more than an hour
For example:
Chest -
1) Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 6-8
2) Plate Loaded Chest Press 3 x 6-8
2) Cable Flys 3 x Failure
3) Peck Deck 3 x Failure
Not enough, that’s under trainingWill you lose muscle if you only train like 2x per week?
That might explain why i have got so bad results in these few months of going to gym. My bench has only improved for example like 5kgNot enough, that’s under training
well, your quad muscle is positioned along your femur and by strenghtening it you are creating more contractile force that pulls the bone "inward" so maybe it would make the growth plate creating new bone harder (since the growth plates expand in the direction opposite to the force generated by the quad muscle). I am just coping with this so don't have to train legs, there isn't really any science behind it, just a theorySo are you really trying to say that training legs slow down the height growth?
Atleast i'm not doing deathlifts because that for sure stunts height growthwell, your quad muscle is positioned along your femur and by strenghtening it you are creating more contractile force that pulls the bone "inward" so maybe it would make the growth plate creating new bone harder (since the growth plates expand in the direction opposite to the force generated by the quad muscle). Only things you should focus on in the gymThat might explain why i have got so bad results in these few months of going to gym. My bench has only improved for example like 5kg
I feel like i'm either just a hard gainer or i have done something wrongOnly things you should focus on in the gym
1) 300-500 Calorie Surplus
2) Progressively Overload
3) 7-8 hours of sleep
Hard gainers don’t existI feel like i'm either just a hard gainer or i have done something wrong
Then i'm doing something wrong, i'm not even sure if i'm on a calorie surplus because i just eat that much what i canHard gainers don’t exist
A calorie surplus is eating past satietyThen i'm doing something wrong, i'm not even sure if i'm on a calorie surplus because i just eat that much what i can
I'm probably then on a slight calorie surplusA calorie surplus is eating past satiety
