Accutane is good but I’ve heard it comes back slowly after running it. And that tret or similar vitamin A derivative topicals are better long term.

I have minimal acne tbh but Subaceous filaments on my nose that appear black and everyone points it out, so I’m planning to use accutane to destroy them and potentially use tretinoin after treatment

Shit idrk but I don’t know if I’m gonna calculate it, most due to the fact that the subaceous filaments aren’t really a priority thing, I’ll take 10 mg ED until i think tretinoin could do the job from there

accutane doesnt make your hair less voluminous, start with 10 or 20mg, look what works the best for you

I would say build tolerance first, after running a cycle with this for 3 months, switch over to Tazarotene for your next cycle.

Or switch over after 1.5 months
