Should i start working as carwash employee

My mothers not husband but lets call him like it since they are together for few years ,wants me to get a job as car wash employee does anyone here know what kind of things i can expect there? He already has a friend whos a chef somewhere and that i could start working there but Is it a social place? ( which i dont want) do i clean the cars while people look at me? lmao like someone explain

once i work there for a year he wants to buy me my own car wash station.

He knows im at home always and wants to help so he wants to help me he doesnt bother me or anything. Like 3 years they have been together.
He has a few of hes own grown kids (late 20s) but i or my mum dont talk with them. Btw hes mid 50s

I wanna work but i got insecurites like my shit collagen i posted a picture few weeks ago and people already said i got shit collagen and its not even with good lighting.
But to work i also need to confident withmyself thats why i said i need a smoother skin does that sound dumb?
i mean we got money its just to make me enjoy life thats why she wants me to work but i know i will go there with 0 motivation cause of my ugly Skin. I look older then i am due to collagen loss. I dont wanna go somewhere (work) where i once again see how far behind i am personality and looks wise with other 23 year olds.

For me it is cucked because I am unable to drive and cleaning other people's car while I am unable to drive, is indeed cucked. I would also have to clean the cars owned by females which is also extremely cucked. Female driving should be banned.
