Eating little to no calories forces ur body it into survival mode. When your body senses starvation, it slows down your metabolism to conserve energy. This means you burn fewer calories at rest, making it harder to lose weight over time and easier to gain it back once you start eating normally again. Your body also starts breaking down muscle tissue for fuel, which not only weakens you physically but also further slows your metabolism, since muscle burns more calories than fat. Hormones also become disrupted, your thyroid slows down, cortisol rises.

It helps for a quick debloat but I’ve tried it and I can only do it for like 2 weeks then I crash.

better of being in a calorie deficit and having a shit ton of potassium tbf
 
if you dont have the amount of muscles that a bodybuilder has you'll look like a starving african baby but starving yourself also interferes with hormones and metabolism
 
True, sub 10% bf and the bloat won’t be as brutal. I’m 15%+ so no wonder I look like a chipmunk on high carbs.
can relate, but after my refeeds my body looks amazing
