Should I still breed and pass down my genetics?

I have been told on this forum that I have been blessed with incredibly good genetics. Although my father has a long line of heart disease and my mother has a long line of mental disorders (schizophrenia, BPD, depression & anxiety), and joint problems on top of that.

Will my offspring be schizos beyond saving? Am I fucked?
