Aromasin also called exemestane, there are also 2 more aromatase inhibitors like letrozole and anastrozole. Aromasin is a steroidal ai meaning that there won't be such e2 rebound like those 2 other have when you stop using it. Means that your e2 won't spike after stopped using it, it will be better for your growth plates. I obv don't know if yours are closed but i'm assuming their open. What i want to say is that you can basically keep your plates open for longer as it decreases e2, you should keep your e2 under 20 pg/ml preferably under 15 pg/ml

The study was done on prepubertal children, so this won't apply to him as his bone age is 16, we don't actually know when he started or what his real age is but i don't think he started it before puberty. Im just saying this to correct you, i don't mean that hgh won't work later too
you can for example with checking bone age but not completely accurate but pretty close
