Should i stop smoking carts everyday?

I probably go through a cart every like 1-2 weeks, how bad is it really for me like can someone actually layout all the reasons why i shouild actually quit. Im trying to find any reasonable reason to quit but i just cant find one good enough to beat my addiction lol.
