i quit a month or two ago, and surprisingly it wasn’t as hard as i thought. weed and cigs. if i can do it you can too bro 💪🏽

nothing hoestly, i do it so i can return to my family jfl, but i chewed a lot of gum and had sweets often, though i wad a big vaper for years and loved the taste

I’ve been rotting in them for quite a while now and it’s my biggest cope.

They are making my skin look like shit and i look old (skin wise).

Reminder: Smoking cigs can damage to your genetic sperm and it gives you lower sex drive. And it can damage your penis.

I stopwd 38 days ago, was smoking 10 cigs a day on average for a year at that point.
I had the same doubts you have in the thread right now like being bored and how cigarettes remove this boredome muh dopamine bla bla, JFL rigght now i cage at my reasoning back then ngl, it's all an illusion when you are addicted to the nicotine, it doesn't actually give you dopamine at all its the opposite in fact, the time in between 2 cigarettes causes a withdrawal so you feel worse then someone who never smokes, and when you take the second cigarettes it removes this withdrawal for 20 minutes so you feel like it killed your boredom.

Once you pass over a month of not smoking or being anywhere near nicotine you won't have these problems now at all. Like the waiting for a bus example you mentioned, to tell you how i feel right now, basically instead of being in a craving for smoking and being dead inside after the smoke now i have way more dopamine to just daydream while waiting for stuff, just feeling good in the moment simple like that.

Quitting smoking is one of the best things i have done, the side effects it gave me and i only noticed once i have quit are insane, but particularly major one was tiredness like crazy even when having slept 8 hours i would be super sluggish in the morning and the period after every smoke. The next big sides was skin quality like you mentioned as well, it was greyish, dry and older looking while right now it has the same oily smooth skin texture like when i was 18-19 (23 right now)
