I’m on Zoloft and it makes me low inhib af but I also feel like a zombie tbh I’m not enjoying life anymore but I might go manic if I stop taking it

I was on Zoloft last year, stopped taking them cold turkey and the symptoms returned 6 months after but 5x worse. I almost went insane. Couldn't sleep for 10 days straight.

Do u think it returned cause of life events or solely bc of the meds ?

Life events too because that's when i found the blackpill and became depressed for some time.
If you want to stop taking them, talk with your psychiatrist. Or you can change to a different med.
