Should I stop training traps + phisique advice

First photo- flexing, skinnier

Second- relaxed 6 foot 1/2 155-160 bw
I know my hips are brutally wide so im wondering if I should cut (I have love handles) or spam lateral delts
I’m currently cutting rn to lose all the extra fat because i wanna see if my face will change
Also are my clavicles narrow or average

ignoring the muscle your clavicles are pretty average imo, and i dont see why youd stop training traps since yours arent anywhere near being overdeveloped. you training neck though?

yes ik that im just wondering because there’s a lot of negative connotations about training them.

No I probably should it more often I do it about once a week. My jaw is currently slightly wider than my neck.

Do you think I should bulk and be a fatcel for the next couple months? I tried for a bit but then broke my leg during sports so I gave up after that

The traps being bad thing really only applies to rlly shit frames but idk I’ve never trained them directly

Thanks bro. My doctor says I will gain more clavicle length by the time im 17-18 so by then I will be a roided gymcel and slay every weekend

you dont gotta be a fat fuck until youre out of puberty, but yea a light caloric surplus of like 300-400 and then a mini-cut whenever necessary is the golden ratio in my eyes no matter what age. and for neck id say just throw it into whatever split youre already doing, im doing a PPL split and hit neck on my pull day and if its still sore just push it to the next.
