Should i stop using a skincare product if it burns my acne?

Ive been using niacinamide serum 10% and salicylic acid on my acne and it stings as hell. Is this suppose to sting or is it a sign that i should stop it? I mean they marketed it as anti acne. But now i guess the only option is retinoids and oral accutane.

retinoids will sting too, its probably cuz you pop your acne you stinky bastard

Skincare does fuck all. Acne is caused by diet or hormonal imbalance. If hormonal imbalance it will solve on its own, otherwise you have to fix your crap diet.

Visit derm if you are really frustrated about your acne, otherwise trust this guy . Or accutane
