i havent eaten it in a while but i ate some raw steak and a bit of liver which my parents bought from these indian butchers i also ate ground beef for a week or 2 and i never cleaned it or did anything to make sure i wont get something bad from it. i wanna eat raw organs mainly and eat more raw meat but my parents only buy meat from those butchers and idk if the meat is safe to eat raw
