Should I surgerymax?

I've recently come across two images of Matt Rife and noticed an insane difference before and after he surgerymaxed. Does anyone know how much a procedure like that would cost me? And would it even be worth it?

Pretty sure he got wraparound jaw implants and veneers maybe. Probably around 10-20k depending where you get it done
