Should I take 50mg dnp more every day until unbearable?

800mg of DNP isn't that bad if you increase it overtime. Personally when I went to 800mg I started with 200mg and increased by another 200mg every few days.

Also if you're going to try and run 800mg DNP, you should definitely be taking T3 along with it unless you want to destroy your thyroid

Yep, It takes some time to get used to, but always remember to drink a shit ton of water because DNP will dehydrate you like hell and make things worse. and goodluck man, interested in seeing your results
