Should I take a day off kratom?

It's been 18 hours now since my last dose. Haven't had a day off for weeks.

I'm practically bedridden when I don't have it for 12+ hours. If I have a dose then I could do laundry.

It sucks when the restless legs start kicking in.

I fucked up because I drank beer and took PWO on days I took kratom too!

Fuckit I'll just take one big dose and then I'll try to take tomorrow off.

I went at least 19 hours this time

Ok I did 20 h urs , now I did 8 grams super green. Tomorrow hopefully just a beer.
