I just want better skin texture, and reduced nose inflammation

Absolutely bro, but if you do take it you need to be moisturizing and applying sunscreen everyday. And if your trying to shrink your nose take hydrocortisone cream with it.

Yes 5-10 mgs every day or other day is also fine ,

Just use moisturiser 2x 3 times a day (you already should be )and chapsticks

I’ve been on accutane high dose mainly for 7 years straight
