Should I take accutane?

I have a very oily and enlarged pore covered nose and it’s gotten a lot bigger in the last year I think accutane would shrink it but I don’t have major acne would jt be worth for me I think my nose is such a nerf rn it used to be straight and not bulbous now it’s so bad.

It looks much worse in selfies but that matters honestly almost as much as non distorted irl cus people see u in selfies all the time

it has a lot of sides i alr have mad dry lips and its quite toxic to your body in general

Try tretinoin first, doesn’t look that bad. Also u look good only failo is your philtrum. Try to shrink ur nose with one retinoid too
