People think the retard almost childlike idea of
Test = for men
Estrogen = for females
"There for i dont need estrogen"
Estrogen is equally as important as testosterone, just improve ur diet, sleep, avoid endochrine disruptors etc

There is not rlly a "gender" hormone loll

Estrogen masculinize the brain

But Too high amount of those hormones will always cause health problems
