Should i take Aqualyx now or just cut first?

Im 15, around 74kg 5'10 and currently cutting. My face still has a decent amount of fat (esp around my lower cheeks)

im considering Aqualyx to speed things up, but im wondering if its just a waste of money while im still losing body fat.
Would it make more sense to:

• Keep cutting until I'm actually lean (around 12–13% BF), then reassess whether I still have stubborn facial fat?

  and ive tried to acquire reta but it wasnt as accesible as i thought so i decided to consider taking aqualyx since it is more accesible from where im from.
