Ahaha maybe stupid question, but I somehow thought that growth plates close at different times — so I wondered whether my clavicle could still grow more, for example.

Depends on the dosage of Test E that you're running. Almost everyone tolerates up to 300 mg, so you can start with that dosage. Get some bloodwork done once test fully titrates (~4 weeks), and be aware of high E2 symptoms.

Then, you can bump the dosage from there and asses if you'll need an AI.

In regard to keeping the growth plates open longer even though I haven’t grown at all in the past year.

I haven’t even thought about that yet, that I might need it because of testosterone. I only take 100 mg per week
