Should I take Aromatase Inhibitors at 14?

I know people like to say “hgh and ai are the only way to grow bro!!” But would it be smart to drop estrogen roughly 40% if I’m taking Asín. I don’t have access to bloodwork either so I would have to run a trial and error method. FreakForLife talked about the optimal levels of E2 for heightmaxxing would be roughly around 15-20 mg/l so should i just wait until mid-late next year and then take 12.5mg ed/eod? Thoughts?

I just do eyemaxxing and skinmaxxing

major things are ghk-cu, tazerotene (retinoid similar to tret) vit c, Korean hydrating moistizer, benzoyl peroxide rub/morning exfoliate

Not gonna talk about my eye routine rn

You are generally gonna feel like crap because of low E levels (I did when I was on asin at 18, but unfortunately it was too late for me), but its worth it for lifetime of extra seratonin from tall height

Estrogen helps with EVERYTHING in the body. It is neuroprotective, it protects your hair, it helps your sexual function, it aids in gaining muscle/burning fat, it aids in growing through IGF-1, and the list goes on. When you are injecting testosterone, the "healthy" range for E2 doesn't apply...

I know this but at 18 taking a low dose AI like he did causes more problems than benefits!!! from 16 onward you should be on 1-2mg of arimidex daily people make this stupid mistake of taking low doses you can’t do that. I don’t know who started this.
