Should I take Beta Carotene

I've always been naturally quite pale, not too bad but could be better. Does Beta Carotene supplements genuinely help with this? If anyone has a link to any threads that would help alot

Probably not. I used it for a while and I did not have very satisfactory results. Safe tanning is better in my opinion.
