I’m 15 years old. I weigh 60 kg and I’m 182 cm tall. I’ll explain what I’ve been doing throughout my life and what I’m currently doing to improve my appearance, gain muscle, and become better overall.
I’ve been active in sports from a very young age, since I was about 6 years old. I trained kickboxing for about 1.5 years. When I was 8, my family moved to a different country, and I stopped training because I had to learn how to read and write in a new language. That was a pretty difficult time for me, and I didn’t have time for sports.
For the next 3 years, I didn’t do any sports until I became interested in football. I joined a football academy and trained for about a year, but I stopped because I didn’t see myself going far in it and I also got bored.
After that, I became interested in Muay Thai and kickboxing again. I joined a club, but there was a problem there were no kids’ classes, so I trained with adults. I was the youngest in the class at 12 years old; the next youngest person was 17. I trained very hard and never missed sessions. I improved a lot and really loved the sport. I even sparred with adult men and held my own, sometimes even doing well against them. I continued until I was 14.
During that time, I had an accident where my knee “snapped,” during training and I couldn’t train for about 3 months. After I recovered, my club unfortunately shut down due to financial problems. I felt a bit lost after that.
Later, I had a girlfriend for about 4–5 months, but I broke up with her because I didn’t see a good future in the relationship.(she drinked every 2 days smoked had many bf before me she was a foid) She had a lifestyle I didn’t agree with. While I was with her, I became interested in improving my appearance and self-development. After the breakup, I started taking it more seriously.
Right now, I’ve been taking supplements for about 5 months. This is what I take daily:
Vitamin D3: 11,000 IU
Zinc: 15 mg
Boron: 3 mg
Calcium: 1,000 mg
Vitamin K2: 150 µg
Astaxanthin: 3 mg
Magnesium glycinate: 400 mg
Omega 3-6-9
Creatine: 10 g
Pre-workout before training
I try to eat a diet based on meat, fruit, dairy products, and eggs. I also try to avoid seed oils. I drink about 3 liters of water per day. I train almost every day, and I plan to start kickboxing again soon.
I also started a skincare routine about a month ago. I cleanse my face in the morning and after showering, and again at night. I use retinol 0.05% every 3 days and topical GHK-Cu every 2 days. In the morning, I use a moisturizer with SPF 50.
Over the last 6 months, I gained about 5 kg, my face looks more defined, my acne has mostly cleared, and I’ve become stronger overall. I also fixed my overbite and practiced mewing consistently.
Now my questions are: should I switch from topical GHK-Cu to injections? Should I use MT2 to get a better tan? And most importantly, should I take CJC + Ipamorelin or MK-677 at 15 years old? (I’m not planning to use HGH) but I’m worried about hormone disruption from cjc+ipa or mk-677. My main goal is to gain more muscle and improve my facial appearance.
