turning 15 in a month, diet is very good (lots of raw organs, raw dairy, muscle meat with a bit of fruits. every nutrients and minerals rda hit.) My lower third is pretty underdeveloped compared to my overdeveloped mid face. Wondering if its worth it and if research chems is still a good place.

my midface is wide and my ramus isnt projected enough as id like, not recessed but its not projected just kind of at the same spot as my top lip. I have been consuming my diet for around 2-3 months now havnt broke it at all. No grains, no sugar, and no vegetables.
What exactly does an overdeveloped midface mean? If your midface is long and lower third is short that means your midface is actually underdeveloped

Where do you source from? Also how long have you been consuming them

i source most of my organs from my local butcher, but i order off frankies for muscle meat and cattles blood.

A wide midface is far more ideal than a long narrow midface. If you want to grow your jaw or further project your ramus HGH + test could help with that but no guarantee it's going to completely remodel your bones. Have you noticed any improvements in your day-to-day since starting the raw shit? I eat raw muscle meat frequently but never tried organs, they any good?

I would get hgh but its far too expensive, also dont wanna be on HRT the rest of my life if it happens. I do notice improvements mainly in my maxilla (or it could just be me losing water retention) thats the tricky part with the diet its not like its day to day improvements, u kind of notice it after a month and fant pinpoint if u just got leaner or its actually your bones growing. Tho i can say for sure my maxilla has widened since i started eating of course i cant pinpoint if it was the diet or just natural growth but maybe in another year. The organs are alot better than muscle meat for nutrients, they obviously dont taste as good as muscle meats but liver, heart, and occasional brain is what i mainly eat. I definitely feel a difference from when i started too now but again i cant tell if its because of natural testosterone increase from puberty or if its just because i started eating healthy in the first place. Definitely easier on the gut and no bloating, though i tried to get my friend into it and he said his gut despised it so. Too each there own only thing i can reccomend is picking up some grass finished lamb and ox heart and trying it yourself. Sorry for the wall of text bub
