you got a point however collagen supplements are not actually collagen, but rather components of collagen that are already broken down into absorbable form.

No.

Take 5-10 mg anavar daily or just a high replacement HGH dose (2 units a day).

Exogenous collagen supplementation doesn't work well.

Collagen synthesis is regulated inside the body, by hormones that begin decreasing after age of 20-25.

I'm not sure anavar decreases collagen production. As far as I know, small doses actually boost collagen production.

As for HGH, it definitely boosts collagen production and doesn't decrease it.

Therapeutic or slightly above therapeutic doses won't decrease collagen production.

If you use HGH and you want it only for collagen benefits, use a dose that doesn't elevate your HGH and IGF-1 significantly above reference range.

HGH should be 2-3 ng/mL (being 4 won't be big problem. Mine is currently 5.88 ng/mL).

IGF-1 is what is responsible for growth. It shouldn't not exceed 350 ng/mL.

Anyway, your IGF-1 is low. IGF-1 is low in adults.

If maintaining youth is your goal, check what Mike O'Hearn does and do the same.
