Should I take Erda or HGH at 14yrs, 5'9

So I'm 14 yrs, 5'9 and 135pounds and I'm looking to take Erda or HGH to increase my height.

“worth it” is subjective so nobody can give a direct answer many people will say yes but it is dependant on how you feel
if i was at your point I would take erda
im shorter tho with closed plates and this isnt medical advice thats just what i personally would do which is obviously unsafe and poses risks

Alr yah cs im on reta too so i feel as if its going to slow growth(reta).
