I would say: do as much as u can.
The ideal would be 6-7iu of gh, regardless of whether it is peptides or "pure" hgh many things change between them, but without a doubt one of them is the "reception" (I forgot the fucking word)
How much ur body absorbs (I don't remember the word fuck)
Gh would be better, but I doubt u have the money to apply 6iu daily. If u do, do it now, just research how

read the whole thing only 2 of the sources work and tehy are both more expensive then he says they should be one is 65$ for 18iu (6mg) and theres like 20 diffent hgh on the website idk what to do
