With cypathonate yes
esters play a big role, you could take propionate but that would require you to do it everyday

Tbh facial growth is mostly genetics I doubt hgh even for a year straight would give that much facial bone growth. If anything tren or test would possibly help with facial bone growth, they would definitely increase dimorphism tho. And if your gonna take test might as well do hgh since they go very well together.
