Should I take hydrocortisone

Oral hydro can kill you because it can give you an adrenal crisis, low cortisol means death. I’m thinking of taking 5mg 2x a day and see if it helps my condition. It’s really bad and fucked btw.


I don’t want to make things worse, you guys think a doctor will understand? I won’t do diy/taking it myself without doc supervision because that means I’m a corticosteroid user for life. If I run out of medication, get into an accident; or something bad happens I’d need to be rushed to a hospital ER and be injected with 100mg of Hydro to make sure I’m okay.

I’ve thought about it and done my research on it through many websites, seems like it’ll help me but it’s extremely risky. Also I’d need to taper off it safely under endo + doc supervision. Seems like I can’t do it alone sadly. Hoping my docs understand and don’t dismiss me.

Ik, but I likely have to, im at my wits end at finding a good drug that helps me condition, this one will likely work but its super risky :c
