Im 5'6" my dad si 5'7" and my mom is 5'4"ik i dont have much genetic potential but what else can I do to reach max height

Dont get your hopes up just yet but ive seen so many people with short parents grow so fucking tall.
If your almost at your dads height at 14 then you lowkey have huge potential. Fuck the bullshit of sleeping well and eating well that barely does anything (But still do it because you're gonna be worse without). As for your question theres no affordable Hgh ''brand''. You most likely will have to get it through grey market (china) since you dont have any growth issues.
Tbh just get a part time job you enjoy and buy some hgh + ai (Later on fs maybe) and keep doing your research my nigga
