Peptides are seriously only good for weight loss (reta), skin (ghk-cu) and there are some that are good for healing injuries. But honestly i don't think that peptides will make you grow muscle. Since your 14, (I'm 15 btw); when going through puberty and being a teen, your testosterone is skyrocketing right now. I truly recommend the basics; Sleep 8-10 hours a night, eat in a slight surplus, eat high protein, and train hard as fuck. Peptides, or steroids are things that you really should not be thinking about until 18 for muscle gain.

HGH COULD add another inch but it has not been reliably shown to significantly increase height in non-gh deficient adolescents.
