Should I take isotretinoin/Accutane or try first with retinA + oral antibiotics?
Basically I'm following this infographic for acne here
regarding diet, I was avoiding milk but otherwise I could still cut out some things that would make the skin better

on my back the acne is about 2-3 times as bad, so if I would do topical treatment I would have to apply it there too
