Should I take Latisse? I actually want darker eyes and I'm 16.

I'm not sure if Latisse has any endocrine-disrupting effects which could be dangerous. I would like it to darken my eyes and grow lashes although I already have long lashes and almost zero eye support, like the only thing protecting my eye is skin so could this cause my face to sag?
