I dont have any experience with drugs but if it's 100% MDMA it should be fine.
Don't take it mutiple times tho. The more you take it the more likely you are to get addicted

yes, its fine to take it one time

but in my experience, it made me very relaxed, to the point where i dont even wanna open my eyes, so idk if taking it at a rave is a good idea (it's usually mixed with meth and caffeine in these events, which is why people feel more energetic on it)
