Should I take melatonin to try to improve my sleep

I slept for 4 hours had to go back to sleep for an additional 2 but 6 hours is still very bad so I’m going to take melatonin

melatonin works, it takes awhile to hit, I just take a cup of milk, and melatonin pill
I larped to GP that I had sleep issues, :forcedsmile:
