Your brows would thicken naturally with puberty. Also, 13? Wtf.

Nah you don’t need minoxidil. At this point in your life your best bet is to DYOR. Gain knowledge and apply it when you really begin growing.

if you don’t have a dog or cat or animal u can prob do topical this isn’t advice though i dont know your exact situation i recommend you DYOR

You can dye them, just use a dye made specially for eyelashes. Curling them is fine
