Should I take out my wisdom teeth?

I had a swollen gum on my left side on top of my second molar and whenever I bit something or touched it with my tongue it hurt and it started about 2 weeks ago,my orthodontist said my wisdom tooth might be causing it and he would remove them if my jaw does not grow enough to accomodate the teeth

if needed yes, u will be able to do genioplasty after removing them so all the better.
Had the same thing, planned genio in 1-1.5 years it doesnt really matter if u want to keep em now or not but i'd just get them gone

would bone grafts help or do I need implants aswell to minimise the resorption?my parents would just brush it off and say "just trust your doctor"
