i’m 15 5’9 and 160 pounds im unsure of taking reta as i hear it can prematurely close my growth plates im sure my growth plates are still open but im gonna get a scan soon should i just do it or is it a bad idea?

In your case stick to the basic approach and just bulk then cut

You can still be in a caloric deficit but make sure that ur getting all the nutrients that u need
