It definitely works but can lead to addiction. It has nootropic effects. But can fuck up your gums leading to recessed gums. Though I understand going through it rn im struggling to study a lot and recently quit zyns/vaping/cigs and am really tempted to get back. Spamming caffeine and having regular breaks like pomodoro kind of works for me. Though caffeine is recommended to not be consumed after 2pm sometimes you gotta use it.

Yeah I kind of feel the same way rn but if I do it again to study when I go back to studying without zyns I will feel I need to get zyns again. Its kind of like that for me. Most cases is just having dopamine receptors fucked since you have the need of a stimulant while studying.
