Should I take test?

So I currently take hgh 3ui cuz I wanted to test sum, and once the new order arrives I will take 6ui, been taking it for a month and a week daily I believe, I was thinking about hopping on test but idk why to do before or after or if I should also take some other stuff beside that (bloodwork before hgh wasn’t made cuz I forgot ) (I also take mt2, idk if it matters, saying just in case )

This is where I am rn facially, idk if it will bring some changes to my face since I’m 21 (skinny tho, I’m 180cm and weight like 65kg)
