Should I talk to my parents after I am 18?

Im about to be 18 and my relationship with my parents are on and off

They don't approve of my morals or anything I do anymore.

They try to have a Christian approach to everything, but I constantly find themselves being extremely hypocritical. They also think that they are being cheap on me. They always complain on my spending habits and constantly tell me they wont pay for a 90k school when they are making well over 800k a year. They recently grounded me again for weed, but I cant they cant feel like they can lecture me when they curse me out constantly. The double standard is insane in my opinion.

I am thinking after college I secure myself a job and never speak to them again. I dont like how controlling they are over me with everything. Im fed up. They stripped most of my childhood away by not letting me hang out with friends or always grounding and yelling at me.

Cant really do much. First fess up be like mb i wont do it again and just dont crash out and be very nice to them. If they dont give it back start acting depressed around them until they mention something. I figured out if its about your health they will usually care about it and give it back. Also dont do dumb shit to get caught.

Bud it's not hard at all to eat less and move enough to lose weight. I'm 165 pounds at 6'0" and have been around this weight for years give or take 5 pounds up/ down at times. Sometimes I accidentally lose a few pounds without trying if I'm doing more physical tasks than usual and not eating as much and it takes a while to gain it back.

Losing weight is a piece of cake. Gaining healthy weight like gym gains is what takes actual effort. A 500 calorie deficit a day makes you lose a pound a week. That's just a couple snacks less a day and you'll lose decent weight

My guess is they're completely justified for complaining about your spending habits if you talk about a 90k school like that's pocket change lmao. My parents didn't even make 90k yearly combined when both of them were still alive. 800k a year is insanity and you should be more grateful to have such security.

After one of my parents passed we had to watch spending a lot more and luckily I'm pretty handy at making do with what I've got and can do many repairs and maintenance myself. Unless your parents are legit assholes which I highly doubt they are by reading this, you better make the most of your time with them because they could be gone quicker than you expect.
