Should I tell Amazon a terminological inexactitude?

There are some £150 earphones I want to have in my possession ( Jabra 75T). However, they cost a lot of money and I do not have the money as I am a studycel. I am thinking of buying the earphones from Amazon and also purchasing some printer ink cartridges or anything that is liquid. When it arrives, I will phone Amazon and tell them that the ink leaked and it ruined my earphones. Since the company is so customer service centric and my account is pretty old, they'll give me a refund/replacement. = Profit???
Any lapses in my plan boyos?

They can prove it if I say the box was empty because shipping companies always weigh the box multiple times. I am hoping the liquid leakage will work

Is it possible for operators to warn other operators about a certain number or account? If not then go full steam ahead, with caution of course.

If I say it didn't come they are going to contact the shipping company which will say the package was signed for. Also, I don't want the delivery driver to get fucked
