Should i tell my friend his gf has a narrow ipd?

My 5'5 friend managed to pull a "stacylite" and all 3 of us were at a party together.
So as the well adjusted member of society I start analyzing her face and come to the brutal conclusion that she has a narrow ipd.


My friend probably doesnt know her ipd is narrow. Should I tell him?
