i bought it only for bone growth.. i know its soo stupid but i didnt knew that its that bad until i did research and my sugar is so high rn and idk if i should just throw it into trash cause i wont get any effects anyway i swallowed 4 pills out of 90 and i dont really want to waste it let me know
