Take a shower, use face wash, see all the pimples loosen/open up and only needing just a tiny bit of an extra push to get all the yellow stuff out. Good way to clean your acne up.

Scarring would happen anyways

use a pimple patch and wait a day it will suck out all the gunk with no scar
